1.首先在需要的位置放好若干个温度采集模块;
2.在柜子面板上按照以上给定的本装置的尺寸开好孔,然后固定上去;
3.按照端子图接好电源线,接通电源,液晶屏上背光灯自动点亮,先显示开机界面页,然后循环显示几页数据,其中柜内温度和湿度获取较快,几个采集点地温度至多5分钟便可收齐,电量数据由于还没接线暂时不关心。此时如果液晶屏未亮,请检查电源是否通电;如果某采集点温度超过10分钟无数据显示,请更换该采集模块。如果数据正常,请固定好采集模块,再重新给本接收装置通电试验以确认;
4.将各开关量分别与地短接,检查本装置面板上相应的状态灯是否点亮;
5.接好各旋钮开关与柜内相应接点的连线;
6.接入三相电压和电流,看液晶屏上是否有数据;
7. 带电指示器输入端分别接上高压带电传感器,某相高压带电时,相应的带电指示灯亮,三相全不带电时,闭锁解除指示灯亮;
注意:在对开关柜一次系统做耐压试验时,如试验电压超过额定电压,请将本装置与带电指示器有关的21、22、23、24号端子拔出并短接。开关柜智能操控它以一体化布局配套于开关柜,简化了开关柜的面板设计,美化了面板布局。
